What is counselling?

Sometimes life throws experiences and feelings our way that we did not expect. We may feel overwhelmed, anxious, lost, stuck and unclear about what we want from our life. Feelings of guilt, anger and grief can become unbearable.

Counselling can allow us to view ourselves in a more constructive way, change our patterns of behaviour and identify the origin of our thoughts and feelings. It offers us the space to explore past difficulties and uncomfortable feelings which are impacting our lives and our moods.
